Otherverse Magazine is a science-fiction and fantasy magazine created to showcase rising talent, with an aim to represent writers who may not be fully established in the industry and wish to make their voices heard on an inclusive platform. We publish high quality writing and take a broad view of genre; we particularly seek out work that puts a twist on well-established tropes, steps into the speculative realm or is simply a compelling and original read. 

The magazine was founded by Yasmin Inkersole and James Geddis, alongside an editorial team, all of whom studied on the Warwick MA Writing course in 2020. Their shared passion for exciting new writing led to the creation of this site and the release of the first issue of Otherverse in November 2021.
